What inspired you to start cycling? My dad got me into cycling after he quit motorbike/kart racing after a friend got killed. He decided he wanted to do something that kept you fit and active and I just wanted to do what he did and start.
What keeps you focused? Determination keeps me focused. To get good race results keeps me focused to train etc.
Favourite food: Chinese
Advice to young people starting out: Always wear your helmet when out on bike and to be safe.
